Reader’s Question:

Im planning to buy a car and I just want to know which car is the cheapest to insure? I live in Texas.

Michelle

Thank you for asking Michelle.

Some models of motor vehicles are given an insurance group rating which insurance companies find helpful as one of the ways in which they determine a driver’s premium. Some factors used to calculate group ratings include the following so you may wish to consider them when purchasing your car:

* Damage and Parts Costs
* Repair Times
* New Car Values
* Body Shells
* Performance
* Car Security

To know the cheapest and generally best car for your needs you can do a research online. There are lists of motor vehicles that are cheapest to insure.

Goodluck!
